What can you do in the event of a defect...

1. refer to the operating instructions, there may be a handling error.

2.together with your specialist dealer, you rule out a possible handling error.

3.you carry out a fault diagnosis together with your specialist dealer.

4.you check the warranty period of the device to exclude any repair costs.

5.You send the defective device with a meaningful error description (how the error can be traced) and receipt in the original packaging or equivalent, well-padded packaging. Please note a special shipping for lithium batteries.

6. in case of any repair costs, you will receive a cost estimate.

* Delays may occur due to vacation, accident or spare parts shortage.

** No Swiss manufacturer or importer will honor the warranty of products purchased abroad e.g. Germany. Please take this into account when purchasing your next product.
