The days are getting shorter and colder and after your e-trolley has been working hard all summer, it's time for a well-deserved winter break. The same procedure is done every year for the car, why not for your e-trolley to detect warranty claims, extend the life and avoid expensive failures in the coming season.
The appropriate care is often neglected or even forgotten altogether. In particular, the lithium battery or the sophisticated electrics in the small powerhouses require special attention and care in order to maintain the functionality of the investment, which often costs several thousand francs. The Swiss specialized trade offers this service for almost all manufacturers.
Our winter service for Flat Cat, MotoCaddy, BigMax, 4 Green has been appreciated by our customers for decades and includes the following services:
Comprehensive winter service
- Safety function test
- Functional check of all frame parts
- Inspection of drive axle, wheels, wheel bearings and freewheels
- Track control or straight running
- Checking brake function for trolleys with brake
- Software diagnosis and if necessary update
- Capacity and function test of the battery
- Checking the charger and measuring the charging current
- Functional check of the electronics (motor connections, speed controller and wiring harness)
- Testing of umbrella, scorecard and universal holders and various small parts
- Checking whether there are defects that can be repaired within the warranty period or cost estimate to avoid expensive consequential damage.
IMPORTANT
Please only send batteries if they have been requested by us. Batteries that have water damage or have fallen from a height of more than 1m may NOT be sent (dispose of properly at your recycling center).
