Behind the golf trolley manufacturer Flat Cat is Bavarian entrepreneurial and above all inventive spirit. In 1995, Klaus Berger ventured into the golf industry and first founded his company called KB-Golf in Münsing on Lake Starnberg as a sole proprietorship. What was originally intended as a distributor of various trolley brands quickly developed into the brand as we know and love it today.

Flat Cat golf trolleys with their characteristic folding mechanism. Flat as a flounder and powerful in any terrain. For more than 10 years now, the company has been successfully producing and selling its casual products with the names Hybrid, Touch, Gear or the new Ahead in Europe. The patented design allows the trolley to be quickly and easily reduced to a minimum pack size without dismantling the wheels.

Assistance systems

The assistance systems do exactly one thing: They assist. And only when you want them to. The practical distance function lets your trolley move off several meters in advance, depending on how the button is pressed. After that, the function is automatically deactivated.

When you stop and the distance function is switched off, your trolley parks automatically. The parking assistant takes care of this. The brake assistant ensures that your trolley does not get out of control when driving downhill, no matter how steep it is and the free wheel assistant allows you to pull or push your trolley totally relaxed when it is switched off.

Motors

The wheel hub motors of the Spin and the two Touch models operate gearless. This makes it possible to drive in an energy-saving, efficient, wear-free manner, with the lowest possible vibrations and extremely quietly. Here, the drive is built directly into the rear wheels. The mountain-ready Flat Cat Gear and innovative Flat Cat Ahead are the perfect choice for alpine courses. The built-in DC gearbox brings optimal torque with perfect performance. Robust, maintenance-free and invisible, the gearbox is installed close to the rear wheels. This means that the energy is immediately available where it is needed, and nothing is wasted.
